Leasing: convenient, cost-effective and sustainable

As part of our drive to increase the inherent level of sustainability of our business, we have introduced the innovative Evergreen Lease™ system. In essence, customers can choose from the complete range of InterfaceFLOR products and, in return for a monthly leasing charge, we undertake to supply, install and replace our products.

Under the Evergreen Lease™ system, the customer is entirely free to choose any Interface or Heuga carpet product. But we do not sell the carpet as a product; we lease it as a service.

Once the customer has chosen the appropriate style, we brief our professional installation team who will install the carpet according to the customer's requirements. During the carpet's lifetime, we will carry out selective tile replacement in the event of accidental damage. We will also exchange heavily worn tiles in heavy traffic areas for those that are less exposed such as under desks or furniture. If the customer wants to reconfigure or rejuvenate the workspace, we will provide advice on the best use of the existing carpet tiles and carry out the work. All of these options are available under the Evergreen Lease™ system including the recovery of carpet at the end of life so it can be repurposed, thereby diverting it from landfill.

The Evergreen Lease™ system simplifies the whole issue of flooring management. For a start, we act as a single source, providing a complete service from installation to removal. Budgeting becomes easier, because instead of a large initial capital expenditure, there is a simple monthly payment. And if you want to reconfigure the office space or the colour scheme, just call us and we’ll replace the used tiles with new ones.
