Jan Hasselman

Senior Vice President, HR and Finance

Jan Hasselman is Senior Vice President of HR and Finance at InterfaceFLOR in Europe, a division of US-based Interface Inc., a global leader in the manufacture of environmentally responsible modular floor coverings.

In his role, Jan is deeply immersed in Interface's corporate mission to make the company a sustainable organisation through a worldwide effort to design sustainable manufacturing and development processes.

As a member of the European Executive Team, Jan holds specific responsibility for timely and reliable financial reporting, the effectiveness and efficiency of the company's IT systems, Human Resources and Finance operations. In addition, he is responsible for compliance with applicable law and also regulations, as well as safeguarding the company assets.

Before joining Interface in 1985, Jan worked as an auditor for Deloitte. He is a member of the board of the Industry-wide Pension scheme for the Dutch Textile and Carpet industry, and is also chairman of its investment committee, responsible for the investment of approximately one billion in assets.

A Dutch national, Jan is a father of two.
