How the Sampling Tool Kit works

The Tool Kit has been designed to save space while providing a detailed overview of all our products and services - reducing the need for sample cards.

We listened to our customers, identified their working practices and how they use samples and then developed our six-part Sampling Tool Kit.

Together, the different elements of the Tool Kit, including The Book, The Spaces and The Colours, feature installation imagery, products grouped according to colour, appearance and design, plus all technical specifications.

The customer can select specific products using the Tool Kit. Samples can be ordered online or through our customer services teams.

Samples will then be sent out in our branded packaging, tailored to match the size of the product. All this is laid out clearly on The Poster.

The Sampling Tool Kit
