At InterfaceFLOR, we believe in providing customers with freedom of choice. The off-the-shelf product ranges are already extensive, but they can be infinitely enhanced through our custom design service.

This service enables customers to select their own custom design which can be printed directly onto carpet tiles - within remarkably short lead times. This could, for example, involve selecting corporate colours to strengthen brand awareness in office locations, or possibly a corporate logo for the floor of a reception area.

The required effect can be achieved either through custom printing or through the development of a custom product using special yarns.

Typically, customers work directly with our design teams to develop an individual scheme which can be viewed on-screen. We then use advanced production and sample technology to produce bespoke print design and re-colourations of our product portfolio. The end result is an accurate rendition of the customer's requirements, ready for installation.

Custom sample lead times

Print - 5-10 working days dependent on print process
Fusion bonded re-colourations - 5-15 working days
Tufted product re-colouration - 5 working days for product using standard yarn; 15 working days for custom yarns
